Today we are working at the preparation for an underpinning job in Southeast Regina. we will be underpinning and lifting this entire house so we’re excavating all the way around and it’s quite a large job. The house itself but has quite a slope to the front of about six to seven inches so what we’re going to do here is place piles then lift and level of structure to become uniformly level again.

This is inside the garage.

We removed the entire floor in the garage. Some we don’t need to but in this case customer requests that we pour a new slab inside the garage

We’ve dug inside because this is an attached garbage to the house so you can see the foundation wall there.

In the video the excavating is completed and now we’re going to be working that preparation for the drilling.
